Keith Thomas (emeritus)
Hi, my name is Keith Thomas. I am the treasurer of the Surviving Spirit. I am a survivor , but not one of trauma. I am a gay man who is a survivor of persecution of society and other groups. I have also lived with double vision and battle with a rare skin disease. I have gone through various trials and have always come out wiser and stronger than before. I work in a transitional housing facility with veterans, and I can see the scars that are left behind for these people emotionally. It is great to see them heal and get their lives back. I look forward to giving back some of the wisdom that I have imparted on my journeys to others who are struggling with being gay or other hardships.
