Ed Pazicky, BA, BS, MBA

Ed received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Connecticut and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.   He is the retired Executive Director of the PEER Center in Fort LEd Pazickyauderdale, Florida.  While there, he worked in organizing the Crisis Intervention Team for the Fort Lauderdale Police.   He served on Circuit Judge Mark Speiser's Mental Health Task Force and initiated a jail diversion program with Judge Ginger Lerner-Wren who started the first Mental Health Court in the United States.  He is now living in Port Charlotte, Florida where he is still active as an advocate for the Charlotte County Mental Health Dept. and The Haven Wellness Center.  

Ed has been involved in Mental Health as a consumer/survivor since 1991 and is currently a co-coordinator of Altered States of the Arts, a nationwide organization of consumer/survivor artists.
